Consult
The very first step is to meet with you at your site for a consultation and start to brainstorm ideas for the site. This is also a good time to make sure Euphoric is a good fit for your needs. If you decide you would like to work with us, we will draft up a contract.
Record
Euphoric will then start to record details about the site. It is important for us to know all the information about the site, such as slope, vegetation, existing structures, microclimates, and wind direction. If there isn’t already a survey, we may request one.
Conceptualize
The next step is to conceptualize the project. This typically results in three distinct concept plans. Euphoric will go over all concept plans with you and either choose the one you prefer or create a synthesized final concept plan that utilizes select elements from each concept.
Visualize
Then we will visualize the chosen concept so you can start to see what the final product will look like. Euphoric can provide 3D digital models, detailed plans, sections and perspectives that will help you visualize the proposed design.
Refine
Euphoric will refine the design and specify construction materials and plants. We provide plans and specifications that landscape contractors can follow to build the landscape you are envisioning.
Oversee
Once your project is under construction, Euphoric can oversee construction and coordinate with landscape contractors to make sure your project is built as intended.
